We are looking for Install Technicians to join our expanding Installer team.

The Install

Technician is responsible for installing internet, TV, and phone services into residential and commercial properties.

What You'll Do:

- Processing equipment from customer disconnects and returns.
- Supporting I&R; Techs with technical questions.
- Provisioning equipment.
- Collaborating with the I&R; Field Supervisor and Coordinator to ensure equipment is provisioned in time and in sufficient quantities.
- Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

- Working knowledge of home routes and fiber installation an asset




- Ability to learn new programs
- Strong time management skills and highly punctual
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to find viable solutions to problems as they arise
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision

- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments as needed
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver’s License required

Working Conditions:

- Ability to work and drive-in all-weather conditions
- Ability to work away from home (travel is required)
- Ability to physically lift up to 50 lbs as required
- Ability to work overtime as workload requires and be on call
