The most important characteristics for our CSR's are attention to detail and communication, working in a fast-paced office supporting a number of sales agents you'll be the go-to person in the office for questions from your colleagues. Delivering friendly, professional service through phone-based client interactions An active OTL license or Level 1 RIBO License ~ Post-Secondary education (College or University) ~2+ years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications ~ We have a flexible hybrid model that allows you to work from home up to 2 days per week, with added flexibility for when you really need it.
