This role involves supporting both office and field activities, contributing to ground control management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will help shape the effective implementation of geotechnical solutions in underground mining operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide geotechnical support for the Rainy River Underground Mine
- Mentor Geotechnical Engineers-in-Training (EITs)




- Perform stope stability analysis and numerical modeling
- Maintain and update the Ground Control Management Plan (GCMP)
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Geological or Mining Engineering
- 4–7 years of experience in underground ground support
- P.Eng. registration or eligibility
- Knowledge of geotechnical modeling software
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
