Join Pomerleau as a Regional Marketing and Communications Intern in Vancouver and gain hands-on experience supporting the visibility of our projects, people, and regional growth in Western Canada.

Columbia, our teams are growing quickly and contributing to high-profile projects across sectors such as civil infrastructure, marine works, data centres, transportation, and institutional buildings. This internship is an opportunity to work closely with our Vancouver-based Communications and Marketing Business Partner while learning how communications, marketing, and brand visibility support regional business priorities.

What You’ll Do

- Support regional content creation for social media, internal news, project updates, and employee stories.
- Help coordinate regional marketing and business development tools, including project sheets, presentations, event materials, and branded assets.
- Assist with project visibility initiatives, including photo and video coordination, project pages, site signage requests, and campaign tracking.
- Draft and edit written communications such as blog posts, employee updates, project stories, and short marketing copy.
- Support the planning and coordination of regional events, sponsorships, speaking opportunities,



and community initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day coordination support to the Vancouver Communications and Marketing Business Partner, with occasional support for broader team initiatives across Canada.

What You Bring
- Must be currently enrolled in a relevant degree or diploma program.
- Strong writing skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, valuable judgment, and an interest in learning how communications and marketing support business priorities.
- Comfort coordinating projects, following up with stakeholders, and helping move tasks forward.
- Be willing to work from our Vancouver office and occasionally visit project sites or attend regional events when needed.
