We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internet Sales Manager to lead our online vehicle sales operations. Duties

- Oversee all aspects of online vehicle sales, including responding promptly to internet inquiries and follow-ups
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and increase online traffic
- attend weekly meetings with the executive team to discuss internet department results and provide insights on areas to improve the website or marketing
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory updates within the dealership’s CRM system
- Create Daily Videos for social platforms where you are the speaker and will enhance the brand
- Collaborate with the Executive team to create compelling online content and promotional campaigns
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, utilizing excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing transparent information about vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and repair services

Requirements

- Proven experience in dealership sales management or automotive retail sales with a strong understanding of the car buying process




- Prior experience in outside sales or outbound calling environments with excellent communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve diverse customer bases
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and vehicle sales is a plus
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Promote yourself in a professional manner in and out of the dealership. Trained in proper etiquette for phone answering as well as team communications
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and driving performance through motivation and coaching
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Administrative experience related to cashiering or managing financial transactions is advantageous
