Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a senior systems architect to lead the Hybrid Power & Energy Systems IPT for advanced propulsion programs. You will own system scope, schedule, cost, quality, and technical delivery while coordinating across Propulsion, Electrical, Thermal Management, Flight Controls, and Avionics teams.

You will define hybrid-electric propulsion architectures, manage MBSE processes, drive certification activities under FAA/EASA/DGCA guidelines, and lead risk, safety,
