The Staff
Technologist will play a pivotal role in ensuring medical laboratory accreditation services meet high standards. This role requires planning, coordinating, and executing assessment activities, while also supporting client relations and market development. Candidates should be fluent in French and English, and possess a strong background in Laboratory Medicine with an emphasis on teamwork and communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate accreditation assessments and analyze evidence
- Review self-assessments and actions for compliance
- Revise accreditation requirements for clarity and effectiveness
- Monitor procedures and recommend process improvements
- Engage in national/international travel for accreditation support Requirements:
- Designation as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT)
- Member in valuable standing with a professional college
- Five years of recent Laboratory Medicine experience
- Valid driver’s license for travel
