Equitable Bank is seeking a Technology Workplace Services (TWS) Intern to manage laptops, work phones and AV equipment, and to support endpoint technologies. You will be the first point of contact for tech issues and assist with staff relocations and onboarding.

As part of the IT service desk, you will handle tickets, remote troubleshooting, and contribute to the knowledge base, while adhering to internal procedures and security policies.
