People Can Fly Studio is seeking an experienced IT qualified to lead the IT Support team across Canada. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with team coordination.

You will mentor the IT Support staff, coordinate daily operations, implement processes, manage onboarding/offboarding, and maintain Knowledge Base documentation. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth escalations and drive IT rollouts across the organization.
