Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Jira Service Management (JSM) Developer with 8-10 years of experience in Service Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring Jira Service Management solutions to support business and IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and configure Jira Service Management (JSM) solutions based on business and IT requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, screens, fields, request types, forms, and approval processes.
- Create advanced automation rules to streamline incident, problem, change, and request management processes.




- Customize service portals, service catalogs, queues, and SLAs.
- Support ongoing enhancements and configuration of Jira Service Management environments.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in designing, developing, and configuring Jira Service Management solutions.
- Expertise in custom workflows, screens, fields, request types, forms, and approval processes.
- Experience creating advanced automation rules for incident, problem, change, and request management.
- Hands-on experience customizing portals, service catalogs, queues, and SLAs.
