The Opportunity:

As our Commercial Service Electrician, electrical service is your primary responsibility. You'll take ownership of electrical troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and service calls. At the same time, our technicians regularly work around commercial HVAC equipment. If you don't have HVAC experience, that's completely okay-we'll provide the training. This position gives you the opportunity to expand your trade knowledge and develop valuable skills across multiple mechanical systems.

Journeyperson Electrician - Commercial Service Wage: $45.00-$65.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Journeyperson rates are listed; apprentice wages are adjusted according to apprenticeship level.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to commercial and light industrial electrical service calls, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Identify electrical problems, determine the cause, and provide customers with practical solutions.
- Complete inspections, upgrades, modifications, renovations, and retrofit work.
- Install, service, and modify electrical systems while following applicable codes and industry requirements.
- Assist with servicing,



maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance for established commercial customers through year-round service agreements.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and job reports.
- Represent Welldone professionally and provide reliable, high-quality customer service.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and departments to get the job done right.

What We're Looking For:

- Journeyperson Electrician certification preferred; Red Seal certification is welcome. Registered apprentices are also encouraged to apply.
- Previous commercial or industrial electrical service experience.
- Comfortable learning to service HVAC equipment; HVAC experience is not required-we'll train you.
- Solid understanding of applicable electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done properly.
