ICM Property Group is seeking a Jr. Project Coordinator to support the continued growth of our Canadian development platform, which currently includes approximately 450 residential multifamily units under construction and in predevelopment, as well as low-density residential, industrial and retail projects.

This is a hands-on role supporting project coordination, document control, accounting administration, reporting and day-to-day execution across a lean development team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Project Coordinator, Development Associate and Director of Investments & Developments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining project schedules, action logs, decision logs and reporting
- Supporting monthly draws, invoices, accounts payable, budgets and cost tracking
- Managing project files, contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals and document control
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, reports and presentation materials
- Supporting site coordination, construction documentation and project close-out
- Assisting with market research, due diligence,



underwriting and development reporting
- Using Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve reporting, document control, research and recurring workflows

We’re looking for someone with:

- 1–3 years of relevant coordination, administrative or accounting support experience
- A diploma or technical degree in construction, project management or business; SAIT or a comparable technical program is preferred
- Solid organization, attention to detail and communication skills
- Exposure to construction, real estate development, budgets or cost tracking
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort learning new technology
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for site visits

The position is a six-month fixed-term contract, expected to run from approximately October 13, 2026 to April 13, 2027, based in ICM’s Calgary office. Applications close September 21, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. MT.
