This position involves assisting the Store Manager in overseeing staff, managing inventory, and maintaining store standards. Duties

- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and train retail staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to enhance satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, including ordering and replenishing products
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment
- Perform cashier duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently
