KidStrong is seeking a General Manager at the Red Deer centre to lead daily operations, drive member growth, and energize a team of coaches. You’ll balance hands-on coaching with strategic planning, ensuring a high-energy, kid-friendly workplace that reflects KidStrong’s values.

The role focuses on managing KPIs, member engagement, and staff development while coordinating with the area developers and HQ to deliver exceptional experiences for families and kids.
