Shape the future of maintenance at our client’s Gold Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated crew while ensuring safety and productivity every day. You'll report to the Senior Mechanical General Supervisor and work within the Mill Department.

Your key responsibilities will include supervising the maintenance crew, conducting daily safety meetings, and leading mechanical projects. Commitment to health, safety, and environmental responsibility is paramount in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the surface mill maintenance crew effectively
- Conduct daily safety and communication meetings
- Lead mechanical maintenance and project coordination
- Support lead hands in crew line ups
- Ensure secure and productive work practices

Requirements:

- Completed Supervisor Common Core Modules (Surface)
- Minimum of 5 years in surface/mill environments
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
