We are seeking a motivated and dependable Labour qualified to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials through various stages of handling, loading, unloading, and storage. Responsibilities

- Load and unload shipments using heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, clamp trucks, and other machinery
- Perform order picking accurately and efficiently to fulfill customer orders
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods
- Conduct heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock and maintaining cleanliness




- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflows and ensure compliance with safety standards

Skills

- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or similar logistics environments
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and other heavy machinery safely
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control
- Experience with order picker machines and construction-related tasks is a plus
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and best practices
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload activities, and long shifts
- Prior construction or industrial experience is advantageous for understanding heavy equipment use
