This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and the chance to develop a long-term career in workplace law. 3+ years of post-call experience in labour and employment law ~ Experience advising employers on a broad range of workplace law matters including labour relations, human rights and employment ~ Strong advocacy skills with experience in labour arbitration, and labour board and human rights proceedings ~ Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills with a practical, solution-focused approach ~ Member in positive standing of the Law Society of British Columbia (or eligibility for transfer)

Offers of employment may be subject to background screening, which can include verification of employment history and education. The expected salary range for this position is $142,000 - $235,000+ annually, taking into account the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as internal and market equity.
