Shape the future of education for healthcare professionals as a Labour Relations Officer with the Ontario Nurses’ Association in Toronto. This full-time position focuses on crafting engaging learning programs for ONA members. In this permanent, full time role as a Labour Relations Officer, you will collaborate with various internal partners to design and facilitate effective educational workshops.
You’ll translate complex information into accessible content that meets the unique learning needs of healthcare professionals. Your contributions will drive educational enhancements in line with ONA’s mission to advocate for nurses and healthcare workers across Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and assess curricula based on learning objectives
- Facilitate workshops in digital and in-person settings
- Develop educational resources and participant materials
- Evaluate educational program effectiveness using feedback
- Collaborate with subject matter experts on course content Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in health or labour relations
- Minimum two years in adult education development
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license Utilize your expertise in education and labour relations to impact ONA’s member development.
