Job Summary

Join our agile team as a Landscape Labourer and be an essential part of our landscape construction and maintenance projects! In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to support the efficient progress of our operations. Your hands-on approach, attention to safety, and willingness to learn will help keep projects on track and ensure a safe working environment for everyone involved.

Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, organizing materials, and setting up work areas
- Carry out physical tasks such as lifting, digging, loading, and unloading materials with precision and care
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing tools, supplies, and assistance as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and disposing of waste properly
- Operate basic equipment under supervision, including wheelbarrows, hand tools, and small machinery
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately




- Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to ensure team safety at all times

Skills

- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and reliably
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
- Good communication skills for clear reporting and teamwork coordination
- Interlock installation experience is an asset
- Previous experience in landscape construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
