Drive community health initiatives with Six Nations as a Clinical Lead. Focus on culturally appropriate wellness programs, leverage your clinical expertise, and make a meaningful impact on community care. As a Clinical Lead in Community Health and Wellness, you will report to the Manager of Allied Health Services.
This in office full-time role involves providing clinical guidance, coordinating services, and mentoring staff to enhance health promotion and trauma-informed care. Your contributions will significantly support health services for the Six Nations community. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff
- Support culturally appropriate client care plans
- Oversee adherence to health regulations and standards
- Facilitate interprofessional collaboration within care teams
- Participate in wellness program development and accreditation Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a regulated health profession
- Experience in supervising health support staff
- Registered Nurse status with relevant experience preferred
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills Utilize your clinical leadership to enhance community health and wellness for the Six Nations of the Grand River.
