Hyatt Regency Calgary is seeking a Pastry Cook 3 – Lead Cook to join our culinary team. This role blends pastry expertise with leadership to deliver flawless dining experiences for our guests.

You will be responsible for preparation and production of all pastry items across outlets, maintain Hyatt standards, mentor junior staff, and ensure food safety and high standards of cleanliness. A culinary degree is preferred, with three years of pastry experience.
