We are hiring for a Full-Time Lead Produce Clerk with a wage range of $16.00 - $19.00 at our location in Manning, AB.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of produce

- Ensure product is stocked, rotated, well-presented, and culled appropriately

- Assist the Produce Manager in creating seasonal and promotional displays

- Assist in Team Member training and coaching to achieve operational standards

- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area

- Handling customer inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience

What you Bring:

- Minimum 1 year of produce experience

- Warm and welcoming personality

- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

- Comfortable working during peak grocery store hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays)

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
