The Lead

Server is responsible for providing leadership to our food service team to deliver an exciting fan experience in a service-focused setting. Gratuities earned every shift; Be a part of your favorite sporting and entertainment events in the city. Communication with Food Service Team to include all details pertaining to specific events,



ongoing changes to general routine and/or procedures; Exhibits a 'hands on' approach to the supervision of the department; Communicate and enforce all company policies; Supervise the execution of elevated Food and Beverage Services Fan experience; Ensure the implementation of nightly and month end inventory reconciliation is adhered to Actively participate in safety programs and follow policies; Minimum 1-year experience in a similar function in Food & Beverage, preferably Banquets or Conventions; Bartending experience is an asset; Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision; Schedule flexibility to work 'event hours' based on business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays.
