McDougall Energy in Teeswater is seeking an experienced Service Technician Lead Hand to join our team. This role combines hands-on technical work with crew leadership, ensuring safe, high-quality service for customers.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will conduct inspections (Oil comprehensive, propane gas checks, PFO inspections), mentor technicians, and help plan service routes. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $35.00–$37.00 with OT after 44 hours and a robust total
