Plusgrade is rebuilding its recruiting function around Workday and AI. We are seeking a hands-on recruiter to lead a two-person team on a 12-month COR contract, carrying your own req load across multiple functions.

You will work daily in Workday, contributing to implementation and enhancement projects while staying operationally hands-on and guiding broader talent management initiatives during quieter cycles.
