The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) seeks an Advisor, Continuous Improvement, to lead small-scale Lean projects and support medium- to large-scale process improvements. You will apply Lean and DMAIC methodologies, evaluate processes, and drive sustainable organizational change across teams.

Reporting to the Manager, Innovation & Continuous Improvement, you will build Lean capability, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to improve service delivery and
