You will lead the Montreal Admin/Associate Fundamentals program, adapt to hiring needs, and collaborate to create consistent materials across regions.

You will measure impact, deliver engaging in-person and virtual sessions, and provide post-program coaching while staying aligned with evolving industry trends and RBC
