De Beers Group seeks a Learning From Incidents (LFI) Coordinator for a fixed-term Fly In Fly Out role at the Gahcho Kué Mine. You will drive the site’s safety learning culture, coordinating investigations and field engagements to validate protected work practices and reinforce critical controls.
Reporting to the Safety, Health and Risk Superintendent, you will lead incident reviews, share learnings from De Beers Group and industry, and ensure compliance with safety systems at the remote mine site.
