Canada, a leader in diagnostic imaging, as a Legal Counsel. You will be a vital part of the Legal Team, reporting to the General Counsel.

Your responsibilities will cover contract drafting, compliance oversight, and collaboration on procurement and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Review and draft corporate/commercial agreements
- Support RFP procurement and compliance initiatives
- Advise on regulatory and risk management matters
- Monitor and communicate legislative updates
- Develop compliance programs and policies Requirements:
- LL.B. or J.D. with Law Society membership
- Minimum 5 years in corporate and commercial law
- Solid skills in contract negotiation and drafting
- Experience in healthcare and privacy law preferred
