- Reviewing applications and working in tandem with the senior property manager for approval of applications

- Drafting and completing lease agreements with approved tenants

Requirements:

- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to connect and communicate clearly with clients.

- Robust Sales Mindset: A drive to meet targets, build relationships, and close deals.

- Self‑Motivated, Professional & Client‑Focused: Ability to manage your schedule and client interactions effectively.

- Organizational Skills: Attention to detail in managing appointments, follow‑ups, and showings.

- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle

- Availability to Work Evenings and Weekends: Flexibility in your schedule to meet client demands.

- MUST have a valid Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) License

- Willing to train as a Leasing Agent for Property Management
