Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity. As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community. You'll also serve as a senior resource within the branch, managing more complex insurance cases while supporting the development of team members. Strong technical knowledge and confidence handling more complex client needs, with the ability to provide tailored coverage recommendations A proven ability to build lasting client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and identify opportunities to grow and retain business Deliver exceptional client service while representing Westland Insurance professionally across phone, email, and in-person interactions Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations across personal lines to ensure the right coverage and protection Manage current business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes while handling more complex insurance cases with accuracy and attention to detail Build lasting client relationships by providing proactive support throughout the customer journey, including renewals, claims assistance, and follow-up communication Support branch success by collaborating with team members, mentoring peers, and assisting with training, reporting, and day-to-day operations as needed Every day, Westland proves that building a great business means taking care of communities, clients, and each other with equal commitment.
