Your contributions will ensure efficient library operations at multiple campus locations, including the Education Resource Centre and School of Architecture. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service at library counters
- Perform all circulation duties and maintain library records
- Process interlibrary loan requests efficiently




- Assist with mail sorting and distribution of new materials
- Facilitate patron support and guidance in resource access

Requirements:

- 1-3 years library or customer service experience
- Knowledge of library management systems preferred
- Bilingual fluency in French and English required
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and between locations
