Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling, exceptional customer service skills, and a keen eye for fashion and trends. This role involves providing clients with high-quality haircuts, color treatments, and styling services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

The Hair

Stylist will also engage in retail sales and maintain salon sanitation standards to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering professional recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
- Engage in upselling retail products to enhance client results and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster a loyal clientele.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends,



techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for hygiene in a salon setting.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear recommendations.
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required.
