Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered care across Acute, Transitional and Home Care settings. The LPN applies the nursing process and maintains competency in line with provincial standards.

The role requires active CLPNM registration, BLS, ACLS, CTAS, TNCC, and a valid Class 5 license. Occasional travel to regional facilities may be required; bilingual abilities are valued per program areas.
