As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are part of an interprofessional health care team, utilizing nursing processes, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

One year LPN experience in a long-term care/home care/acute care setting in the last five years.

Preferred Qualifications:

Supportive Pathways or any dementia related courses. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention. Nail Care.
