Our valued client, a busy national litigation firm with offices in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia, is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Employment Litigation Associate to join its growing Alberta practice. This opportunity is ideally suited to an Alberta lawyer with approximately three to ten years of plaintiff-side civil litigation experience. Previous employment law experience is strongly preferred; however, candidates with solid plaintiff litigation experience and a genuine interest in developing an employment practice are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will join a highly respected and team-oriented national team. The position may be performed fully remotely from anywhere in Alberta.

Candidates who prefer an in-office or hybrid arrangement will also have those options. Approximately three to ten years of experience as a plaintiff-side civil litigation lawyer





- Employment law experience or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area
- D. or equivalent legal degree
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
- The ability to prioritize competing demands and meet urgent deadlines. Candidates working remotely must have a stable and reliable home internet connection. Eligibility for a discretionary bonus
