- Draft pleadings, affidavits, and documents for Council hearings
- Manage schedules for meetings, trials, and hearings
- Gather and review documentation for legal proceedings
- Conduct interviews and assist with investigations
- Prepare correspondence with clients and opposing parties Requirements:
- Grade 12 completion and paralegal diploma from accredited program
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
- Knowledge of rules and practices in relevant courts
- Solid research, legal analysis, and critical thinking skills
