Lead the implementation of best practices in Long-Term Care with RNAO in Ontario. Empower care homes by facilitating the adoption of evidence-based guidelines through expert support and education. As the Long-Term Care Best Practice Implementation Coach, you'll develop regional strategies for effective guideline application in various care homes.
This role emphasizes promoting knowledge transfer and enhancing partnerships with community educators. Your expertise will drive significant improvements in Long-Term Care delivery across Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop regional plans for implementing best practice guidelines
- Promote integration of evidence-based practices across care homes
- Support knowledge transfer methodologies for educators
- Contribute to research and evaluation initiatives
- Liaise for strategic planning and coordination across regions Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Experience with RNAO Best Practice Guidelines implementation
- Knowledge of change management and adult education strategies
- Solid project management and leadership skills Drive meaningful change in Long-Term Care while leveraging your nursing expertise and commitment to best practices at RNAO.
