Southern Health-Sante Sud is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Third Crossing Manor in Gladstone, MB to support patients across acute, transitional, PCH, primary care and other services. The role requires active CLPNM registration and BLS certification, with a valid Class 5 license and a vehicle.

Expect 0.5 FTE with days, nights and weekends, in-person work, and a start date around 25 September 2026.
