Duties

- Perform oil and filter changes efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards
- Conduct fluid top-offs, including coolant, transmission fluid, and windshield washer fluid
- Rotate tires and inspect for wear, ensuring proper alignment and safety
- Assist with basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues early
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks accurately
- Maintain a clean work area and properly dispose of used fluids and parts




- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering questions confidently

Skills

- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly desirable
- Robust mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Experience working with automotive maintenance procedures and basic repairs
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely during routine tasks
- Familiarity with sales techniques to recommend additional services when appropriate
- Good communication skills and attention to detail for accurate work documentation
