Role Description The Luxury Travel Advisor – Wine Region Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the advisor consults with clients to understand travel preferences, designs bespoke itineraries to wine regions worldwide, and manages booking details for accommodations, transportation, tours, and experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings; coordinating with the Planning and Operations team; and ensuring every aspect of the journey aligns with luxury service standards.

The advisor monitors trip logistics, resolves issues proactively, and follows up with travelers to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback.



The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, staying current on wine regions and travel trends, and contributing ideas to enhance the company’s portfolio of experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering high-touch, personalized travel experiences.
- Excellent Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication and the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Experience with Travel Arrangements and their operations, including booking systems, supplier coordination, and itinerary management.
- Knowledge or passion for wine regions and luxury travel, with the ability to recommend destinations, wineries, and experiences.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client itineraries simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment from Vancouver, BC, using digital tools and CRM systems to manage client relationships.
- Previous experience in travel advising, hospitality, or tourism is an asset; industry certifications or relevant post-secondary education are beneficial.

This opening is for an opportunity starting in November 2026. For local Vancouver applicants, this is a hybrid position, currently 3-4 days a week onsite. For those outside of a commutable range of our Vancouver head office, this is a Work-from-Home opportunity, not a Work-from-Anywhere opportunity.
