Ensure the comfort and safety of residents at E4c as a Maintenance Associate. This role involves essential repairs and safety inspections across various community spaces to provide a welcoming workplace. As a Maintenance Associate at E4c, you'll be part of a team dedicated to maintaining housing and community facilities.

Your tasks will include performing general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems, among others. You will also conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, highlighting your crucial role in community well-being. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform building maintenance including painting and minor renovations
- Conduct routine safety inspections for compliance
- Respond to work orders and support after-hours emergencies
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment
- Assist with seasonal groundskeeping tasks Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of general maintenance experience
- Completion of building operator certification
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
