FTE : Full Time Term of Employment: Continuing Salary and Advantages: $26.99 - $31.57 - According to education and experience. Includes tool and safety equipment allowance. Comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications:

- Playground inspection certificate

- Grade 12 or equivalent diploma

- Computer use knowledge

- Minimum of two years' experience in one or more of the building trades

- Valid driver's license with a heavy trailer endorsement

- Provide a reliable vehicle if required

Skills and Responsibilities:

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Ability to safely operate tools and equipment required to perform assigned work

- Ability to work cooperatively with other trades and contractors

- Ability to do heavy work (exert 100 lbs of force occasionally and up to 50 lbs of force frequently and 20 lbs of force constantly to move objects)

- Ability to recognize work that is required and perform necessary work or create a service request.
