Calgary Heritage Housing seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support senior living in Calgary. Ensure safety, conduct repairs, and provide excellent service for our valued tenants. In this role, you’ll be part of a maintenance team focused on improving the quality of life for seniors.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include maintaining facilities, responding to service requests, and performing preventative maintenance. You'll work across various Calgary Heritage Housing locations, ensuring all systems are functional and safe. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly service to senior tenants
- Perform maintenance on common areas and building systems
- Respond to service requests and track progress in Yardi
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC and plumbing systems
- Ensure readiness of vacant suites for current tenants Requirements:
- Minimum five years of maintenance experience
- Class 5 Power Engineer or trades experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
