Broadstreet Properties Ltd. in Parksville, BC, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair plumbing, heating and electrical issues, fix windows, doors, fixtures and perform painting and drywall work to keep units in top condition.

This role requires a trade certification or equivalent, 2+ years in maintenance, knowledge of hand tools, and proficiency with computers/tablets. On-call rotation and a valid driver’s license are required. Competitive wages and perks are offered.
