- Lead and manage the application support and DevOps teams to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.
- Manage day-to-day support operations, incident management, problem management, and production stability.
- Own application availability, service levels, operational KPIs, and major incident response.
- Oversee release management, deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
- Drive automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, support contracts, escalations, upgrades, and patches.
- Ensure production readiness, disaster recovery planning, and operational compliance with security standards.
- Partner with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver stable and scalable solutions.

- 10+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, or DevOps
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience supporting customer-facing digital applications and enterprise systems
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and operational automation
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Linux/Windows environments, APIs, and enterprise integrations
- Experience supporting MuleSoft, web applications, and database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Strong vendor management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
