NFP is looking for a Manager for its Agriculture & Equine Specialty team, offering a full-time, permanent position. This role involves leadership, coaching, and workflow coordination within a client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:



• Support day-to-day team operations and service delivery • Provide team members with process and technical guidance • Coach and mentor for skill and career growth • Organize team meetings and communicate updates • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and client experience

Requirements: • Insurance Licensing is mandatory • 5 years in property and casualty insurance • Experience in agriculture or equine insurance is an asset • Leadership or training experience preferred • Excellent communication and organizational skills
