- Support day-to-day team operations and service delivery
- Provide team members with process and technical guidance




- Coach and mentor for skill and career growth

Requirements:

- Insurance Licensing is mandatory
- 5 years in property and casualty insurance
- Experience in agriculture or equine insurance is an asset
- Leadership or training experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
