Key responsibilities include overseeing vendor relationships, optimizing the lease portfolio, and ensuring operational alignment with the Facilities and Asset Development Team. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead property operations across assigned childcare facilities
- Manage and negotiate lease agreements for compliance




- Develop and oversee budgets related to operations
- Maintain vendor and contractor relationships for service delivery
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years in a leadership role in leasing
- Valid property management license required
- Robust knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
