Bilingual Manual QA Tester (French/English) | Toronto, ON

Insight Global is partnering with a leading financial services organization to hire a Bilingual Manual QA Tester to support testing initiatives across Wealth Management and Insurance applications. This role is ideal for a QA qualified with strong manual testing experience who is fluent in both French and English.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)

Contract Length: 6 Months

Pay Rate: $50-55/hour

Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end manual testing across web and enterprise applications
- Perform UI, functional, integration, regression, and system testing
- Validate French translations, labels, messaging, and user experience




- Create and execute test cases and document defects
- Review English test scripts and verify French-language content and functionality
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners throughout the testing lifecycle

Required Qualifications

- 5-7 years of manual QA testing experience
- Fluency in both French and English
- Strong experience with manual testing methodologies, including UI, regression, and functional testing
- Ability to independently develop and execute test cases
- Experience with defect management and test tracking tools
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience within Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance environments
- Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks
- Experience working in Agile environments
